How it works

The customer scans the poster

An A5 poster by the till. The phone camera is enough.

They get their card

First name, number or e-mail: the card opens. On iPhone they add it to the home screen. On Android, to Google Wallet.

Your team stamps

They scan the card with the shop's phone. At the last stamp, the reward.

Do my customers have to install an app?

No. They scan the poster and the card opens in the browser. On iPhone they can add it to the home screen. On Android, a button adds it to Google Wallet.

What do I need at my counter?

A phone, any phone. Your team opens the counter page, scans the customer card and stamps. You also get the A5 poster to print.

Can I change the card myself?

Yes, in the card studio: name, colour, logo, type of stamp, number of stamps, reward and a halfway bonus. Your customers see the new card straight away.

What do I see of my customers?

A list with first name, stamps, rewards and last visit, 30-day figures and a revenue estimate. You can export the list as CSV.

How does it start?

You write to us. We build your card with you, then come to your counter to set up the poster and show your team the scan. Set-up is included, in Brussels.

And the plan with WhatsApp?

A WhatsApp assistant answers your customers. It will be available after Meta approves it. The Loyalty plan works without it.
